At Majestic International, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
